Church…Oh, and Tacos!

So, today was pretty blan up till 5pm when I played at …we had practice from 5-630′ish….and it went decently well…I screwed up 2 of the songs majorly over and over …but it overall had a decent sound I’d say…not as professional as I like…but hopefully Ill learn these songs a bit better as time passes….hopefully hah.

then around 7pm we started…first song went good, second went well despite my messing up the beginning and forgetting to stop once pretty much…then the third song…well eh…it just sounded weird on my part hah…but song 4….ah, I love it no matter how its played…you know it as “Everything” by Lifehouse…I kinda came in odd but it blended …and hah…in the middle of the chorus the second time my stick broke :| so yeah, that was fun…

but I loved after that me and Corey (acoustic guitar player) started playing just us after “” ended and we ended up making a new song pretty much…I love flowing…I get so drawn into it…I sounds odd I know, but I almost feel as if I’m becoming one with when I am…like me and is making love per-say hahaha…I really don’t know how to explain it…besides I just really get into the then…

then after that (the youth pastor) gave his message while we all sat around him, and as always it was clear and informative (if you want to know what he talked about you’ll just have to come and see for yourself! hah)…and afterwards we all went to the awesome artery clogging Bell…and chilled there…then I went and started blogging…

so yeah I cant tell you anymore after that without starting a endless loop…ad that would be good…It’d make the world explode or something…no…I’m serious…it would…

And…I did it again…

all, I really have had a hectic time…well so where to begin.

ah, well got all my junk in…and works like  charm :) I’ve played Dead Space, Left 4 Dead, Half life 2: Episode 2, Portal, and many more on high-res and high detail without any skipping or quality loss ;D woo!

hmm, oh…and Hattie my girlfriend had to have foot surgery this last Thursday…it went well but shes in alot of pain off and on between the pain meds lol…

oh, and yeah! now I’m the main drummer on Wednesday nights at First Assembly of God in Denton...unfortunately their pastor resigned 2 Sundays ago and his son happened to be their drummer…so yeah, I cant on Sunday cause I have to at my …but now I do every Wednesday for them :D so that’s fun and interesting for me…completely different feel then my main church’s worship team and songs…so it makes me stretch my boundaries I guess…

hmm, and DEAR LORD JESUS I watched the Watchmen(lol) or WIKI…and dude I loved it! there is only one main difference from the original comic that I noticed plot wise anyway, was Rorschach’s story of when he “became Rorschach completely, and no longer being Rorschach” was alot more gruesome…

and beware…you get to see Dr. Manhattan‘s blue shiny thingy(aka his freakin Penis) way too much, and you also get to see a awkwardly long sex scene in the Watchmen’s aircraft with the song “Hallelujah” written by Leonard Cohen (you’ll remember it was on Shrek by John Cale :| )..but despite those things I’d give it a solid 85 out of 100 for sure…definitely worth watching once…maybe not for buying on (least if you have kiddos who can find it )

well hmm, that’s about it for anything out of the ordinary since I’ve last sadly :/

So, I just bought a new Motherboard, Graphics Card, and Power Supply…and I feel like a because I’m all giddy about getting it in the mail lol…

heres a roundup what I got :D

click to see where and what exactly I bought….and to the some saying “thats a crappy PSU” or “eh, even the 9600 is alot better”….heres what your forgetting….not everyone has tons of money to blow on eq haha…this was a very buget based purchase…

  • so yeah first off the motherboard, I got it because it’s a AMD (woo) compatible with Athlon 64 X2(dual core) Processors….also it has 6 SATA connections….cause yeah…i need at least 3…4 or more preferred…and it was pretty freakin cheap for a decent spec’s on a mobo….
  • Next the Graphics Card….I know…I know…some say for $10-30 more I could have got the ATI HD3650 (512 not 1gb but still)…but…I didn’t need to spend $10-30 more…that and I just trust Nvidia over ATI anyday…and I know that’s odd considering a prefer over Intel..since AMD makes ATI lol…but I do…get over it! :P and It’ll work fine for what I need it…Photoshop, Flash, and Casual Gaming…might be able to run freakin Crysis but I don’t want to anyway lol…
  • last is the Power Supply….yes I know it looks sucky and not super high wattage…but…I needed one with 3 or more SATA’s once again…cause yeah dell is gay and made everything the Harddrive and Drive need a SATA power connector instead of a standard MOLEX one…yeah…I know…freaking gay right? anyway…yeah this one has 4…so I can even add a 3rd Hard Drive Later on if needed :) so woo…

and yeah…I found and purchased all of this spur of the moment at like 2am :D lol total price after shipping for all was $212.86 (before $40 in rebates) after I send the rebate stuff it’ll be $172.86 total for all :)

anyway, Ill prob blog again tonight….cause yeah my day has had nothing fun or interesting today lol…but I had to say the above cause I’m Happy :D

So, today was kinda fun and kinda boring….well first off around 2pm (guy from my ) came by and I helped him build a site for his class….his stupid told him he has to have one by Thursday….without telling them how to build a site at all :| so yeah, i build him one :)

and yeah, after I finished that he left and I was bored lol…so I got on my side and messed around in Garage Band :) …and that was fun but im clueless how to get my screen resolution higher then 1024×768 and its annoying me …stupid (or SE?)…I need a external…but I cant get one…long story why….lets just say its the starter of why I hate mainstream pc’s especially …and I did that until 6:30l 6:30

oops, I forgot to the last few days didn’t I? :O haha…

Well…hmm Sunday morning was church…that was good and I like always had fun playing the Drums :)

Then after that I went over to my oldest brother ’s house to work on building his new computer…and that was a nightmare…ehh…his motherboard was old and was a freakin’ board…when most now are SATA or even now E-SATA apparently…and we didn’t know that till we opened it up…we were going to move it to a new case, 2gb of RAM, add a DVD burner, and a 320gb …yeah, none of them worked…case was too small (that freakin motherboard was way bigger then it should be), and the and DVD burner was SATA :|

even the RAM which we made sure online would work fine with it…didn’t work :| …want to know why in 4 letters?….…This just adds to the list why I hate computers from major companies…especially …they make it so proprietary you cant upgrade crap…its stupid…they want you to have to buy a new one from them, not just keep a older one updated I guess :|

then yeah, went around 5:40pm and left shortly after for church…Me and by bro went to my girlfriend Hattie’s church…first time for …3rd for me…on Sunday night anywho…and that was good…and seemed to like it there…and I got to see the of my :) *muah*

then after church Me and Josh went and watched Push with his friends from another church (its kinda funny Hattie goes to of in Denton…Josh’s friends go to First Assembly of in haha)…

anyway, that was a awesome movie despite hearing it was lame…to the people who called it lame….you…my friends…are lame hah. It was awesome, Ill say it did have a few cheesy parts…but the fights and just story made up for those parts by far…definitely worth watching again and buying on DVD when its out I’d say for sure :D

eh, then after we got out of that (it was around 12:10am) we went home and crashed…

haha, oh, and yeah…I have class every Monday morning, but yeah, dad decided he apparently didn’t wanna go…so yeah…I missed class cause of his not wanting to :|

and after that stupidity I’ve been up to a whole lot of nothing except my friends :) oh, and Me and Josh might go later (woo)…

so yeah, that concludes this weekend and weekday I guess…hah…

Bowling, Hattie, and Traveling…

So, today wasn’t quite so …least for me hah.

First I went to bowling this morning as I do every Friday morning (I’m in a league…geeky no?), and I GOT TO SEE MY HATTIE :) I haven’t seen her in a week…last time I seen her was last Friday morning :( So that made my right there…so I bowled..and did horrible hah…i have a 120 avg and i bowled 84,92, and 89 = Bad…ehh…

Anywho, after that was over I kissed my goodbye until Saturday Night when I go to her house for Day :) (woo!)…and headed .

Then I was bored and did absolutely nothing till’ 6pm when mom and were going to leave me home alone and head to Ada, for the day to see my sis…but I knew I would just get bored outta my mind…so I decided to go ahead and tagged along…

Had decent fun, we went to a awesome restaurant there called Oscar, then headed to this gourmet chocolate place (it starts with a B…all I remember) then headed to her church where I was bored outta my mind for about 3hrs…then we headed home…where I slept in the car till 8:40l 8:40

then we got home about 9:12pm and I jumped on the pc and watched the newest episode of The Office I missed on hulu.com (nbc.com doesn’t seem to wanna load for me so I watch The Office and on hulu)

then yeah since then I have been surfin’ hulu watching random clips then I watched Revenge of the Pink Pather (Wiki)  on hulu (best movie btw)…they have the whole freaking movie on there :O

and now I’m blogging…not such a exciting day…but better then some this boring week…hah…I wanna be watching Friday the 13th though…I’m a horror junkie…especially since its made after the amazing 80′s flicks :D

Cleaning Cubicles Sucks…

So, today was quite boring…I woke up my daily letter from Hattie (none-ya) and did and texted people like Alyssa, , and …and that was it :| until about 6pm anyway…

Then, the fun really began *cough* *cough*…I had to leave about 6:30PM to help mom and clean offices :| apparently over this week they have picked up a side-job of cleaning a whole office alone 2 days a week….and apparently its too much for just them so i got recruited….yeah fun right?

and wow….wasn’t too bad till we hit the …I felt like I walked into a strip of the comic Dilbert…seriously…wow…then about 8 we finished up and left.

after we got at 8:30′ish I called Hattie since she is no longer grounded from the phone (yay!) :) and talked to her till she had to get off at 9PM :|   but I’m still I got to talk to her :) *muah* you baby…

then I continued to text everyone till it was down to just alyssa (yay having sleepless friends to join in my :D ) and I got on my Photoshop and made Hattie’s …came out nice i think. you?

Hattie's Valentines Card

of coarse it’s pretty simple….but i was trying to be minimal considering my printer is low on color and b&w ink haha. and for those that dont know…you always stick the front on the right and the back on the left….otherwise your card will open backwards lol. I learned this many-a-year ago…

and yeah, pretty much after that Ive been doing nothing…so Ill quit my hah.

Driving Lesson, Flammable, and bleh

So, today started off for me at 12pm hah. And it started off with me waking up to eat a burger and fries from the king of grease, yes, McDonald’s…So I did that, and then did my school (well most :D ) then I was about to get on and work on a site (and possibly my first wordpress theme :O ) when said come outside.

So I did, and yeah, he made me drive around the block and pull into a driveway and back, then back the side of the street and back to our house, fun fun…I did ok he said, but I know i kept hitting the accelerator too much lol. I’m workin’ on it! (in case you don’t know, I currently only have a permit :| so I’m in the process of learning how to drive before i get my real license in April (woo woo).

Then yeah, we went to the library while he got the cars oil changed across the street. and I found a book of facts, and a + XHTML book i got, oh, and they had the very first Pink Panther movie…one of the old good ones I talked about…

Then we headed home after the car was finished and headed to Wal-Mart to get groceries….exciting so far no? and yeah got all that stuff and I got part of Hattie’s gift :) I’m making her a card I’m gonna print (one of the benefits of being a Graphics Designer lol)

And then we headed by since their going outta business i wanted to check their prices on some stuff…and yeah, even with the discounts its still high hah…so i left there and we went to the Dollar Tree where mom found a few things, and I had a strange urge to buy silly string? So I did…Blue at that :D

Then yeah, headed home unloaded groceries then headed back to to go to , where i had fin with friends despite Hattie not getting to come :( i did get to talk to her for about 10min though, but that was to tell me she wasn’t coming :/ but, that makes it a week without seeing her for sure now :( I miss you so much baby! *muah*.

But I still had some fun with friends, heard some good music and a awesome message from like always *wink* ;D

Oh, and on the way home dad randomly pulled over and said “get out” and i was confused…yeah, he made me drive from there to home :| haha.

And that concludes my day, well besides texting , Callie, Banana, and Lyssa…they keep me alive and going texting me :D

I forgot i had a again! :D

so first off…as almost always…started the off by textin’ miss Hattie :P then after that she had to go to work and i had to load the truck for …

then we left for ’s house…because today we celebrated my older bro ’s 21st birthday even though its the 26th! woo…we ate shum food with family and friends at my oldest bro Brandon’s house like i said…and also wii bowled our butts off….then wii ’d and wii ’d it as well lol…

then we had to go and unload the truck of equipment for church in the morning….fun…then around 10 we left there and Me, Josh, and (close friend and worship pastor) went and watched Underworld: Rise of the Lycans <– link to site  Underworld_3 <— link to …anyway it was good :)

then i got home and texted Hattie for a bit before she went to bed and my phone died following….and…er well i did pretty much nothing till now :D well besides thinking :/
